A Little More About Me

My educational and training background includes an Economics Degree in International Trade and Labour Relations, certification in Individual and Group Counseling, completion of the Accelerated Federal Government Executive Development Program and a Graduate Diploma in Change Management.

I have successfully transitioned from the private sector to the federal public sector where I worked for 28 years. I began working in the highly competitive field of international commercial insurance underwriting risks in the food sector. I then moved to the federal public service where I held diverse senior executive positions in program delivery, federal-provincial and international negotiations, training, labour relations, change management, diversity and international regulations.

Throughout my life I have always been passionate about learning, sharing my knowledge with others and delivering results regardless of challenges. These same passions inspired me to turn one of my life-long dreams into a reality by becoming an entrepreneur.

As the owner of a consultancy company and a visible minority, I am now committed to sharing my unique experiences, skills and knowledge with others to help them succeed. My company’s 3 goals are simple:

  • Bring clarity to complex regulations, leadership roles and responsibilities, teams dynamics, change initiatives and interpersonal issues.
  • Provide credible choices to organizations and executive leaders.
